Lauren Mayhew will appear with Billy Dee Williams, Chico Benymon, and Tangi Miller in upcoming feature film : “The Trace” as ‘Jess,’ the gold digging and self-serving best friend of ‘Lily’ and ‘Ashley.’ Lauren will also be providing part of the soundtrack for the film. The film’s premiere will be in Nigeria, where director, Pascal Atumah, is originally from.

Lauren will be doing a lot more performances at Beverly Hill’s new upscale lounge, Confidential. This is a swanky spot nestled away where you probably wouldn’t see it, unless you knew where to look. It is the perfect locale for Lauren to throw on a gorgeous gown and sing jazz standards with an all white baby grand. While this is a dirversion from Lauren’s typical musical performance of electro/dance music mixed with edgy and fun guitar riffs, it is definitely a musical and social treat not to be missed!

Mayhew stars in a new feature film by the Ronald Brothers in association with Trick Candle Productions. Lauren is joined by an amazing crew and cast with stars such as Michael Madsen (‘Kill Bill’, ‘Resevior Dogs’), Jennifer Taylor (‘Two and A Half Men’), and Nicole Fox (‘America’s Next Top Model Winner).
