I am filming an AMAZING movie called “Taken: Search for Katie.” It’s about a girl who is trying to find her missing sister. When she begins her desperate search, all of her digging shows that Katie’s dissapearance is probably tangled up with the doings of a ‘cult,’  called Young Artists Co-op. My characters’ name is actually ‘Lauren,’ and I play one of the cult members. I was attracted by the cult’s alternative healing methods after I contract a life-threatening disease during my work at UCLA hospital as a medical student. For those of you who don’t know, Sundance is a large film festival in Salt Lake City, Utah. It’s basically LA with snow, but everyone is on event HYPERDRIVE! I was excited for Jan 23rd because all of my CDs were to be in the celeb/industry gift bags for the OK Magazine party that acknowledged all of the nominated film makers there for the festival. The event went great and hopefully all the directors, producers, etc loved my music! This is a picture of me and one of the dashing men in charge of setting up and creating the event, Darren Darnborroughs.

Arbor LIVE is a Canadian TV show that reaches over 9million homes! I filmed my performance segment for them this Friday! The show is music driven with comedic sketches (kinda like a Canadian version of “Saturday Night Live.”) There are a TON of cool performers every week!
